The heart of every simulator is the technology that tracks the ball and club. aboutGolf's Sim Sensor, produced by EDH, has led the industry for four years and remains a powerful standard. But aboutGolf now expands its industry lead with the introduction of FlightScope Kudu Power by EDH. Adding FlightScope Kudu Power to the aboutGolf simulator delivers the Holy Grail of simulators: Directly Measured Spin. |
Three tracking options to meet specific needs |
| Standard Sim Sensor |
Outstanding for indoor centers and round play. |
| FlightScope Kudu Power |
Uncompromising performance for club fitting and teaching. |
| Sim Sensor with FlightScope Kudu Power |
The best there is. |
When aboutGolf launched its simulator initiative in 2001 it felt it could become the industry leader via superior software. The goal was to be competitive with respect to ball tracking. But a chance meeting with the South African engineering firm EDH changed all that. Working with EDH and their pioneering EDH Tracking technology, aboutGolf was able to integrate the Sim Sensor into its simulator in 2002. While the Sim Sensor has undergone continual improvements, 2007 sees the introduction of FlightScope Kudu Power, a significantly advanced tracking component that can be added to any aboutGolf Simulator.
"At the PGA Tour Superstores we are continually looking for affordable cutting edge technology to benefit our customers. The FlightScope Kudu launch monitor provides us that solution. We are integrating this new technology upgrade into all of our simulators."
