Recently we received a call from a customer, a retailer whose projector bulb had blown out. It was Friday night around 9:00. Only a few people were left in the office that evening. aboutGolf's Customer Advocate Bill Quinlan had taken the call from the customer, and was concerned that unless we could get a bulb out that night the customer would be without their simulator for the busy weekend. The warehouse was closed. DHL's office was closed and the last drop-off time had passed. But Bill wouldn't be denied. He drove to the warehouse, found the right bulb, boxed it up, and drove an hour to a late night drop-off point for Federal Express. The customer was running the next morning by opening.
